You expressly agree that your use of the site, including all AI-generated decks, strategies, and content, is at your sole risk. Output provided by AI systems is not guaranteed to be entirely accurate, tournament-legal (unless explicitly verified by external authoritative sources), or completely error-free.

2. Billing & No Refunds Policy

PokeDeck Architect operates using a credit-based billing system. Once credits are purchased via our payment processor (Stripe) or consumed through the use of AI generation, they are final.

No refunds, prorations, or compensation will be processed for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with AI generation outputs, account termination, or platform downtime.

3. Pokémon Intellectual Property

PokeDeck Architect is an independent tool for fans and competitive players. PokeDeck Architect is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way associated with Pokémon, The Pokémon Company International Inc., Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK inc.

"Pokémon" and all related character names, card designs, and images are registered trademarks and property of Nintendo and The Pokémon Company International Inc. No infringement is intended. Our platform utilizes publicly available data to provide analytical and educational tools.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our platform. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary AI pipeline, automating requests to bypass credit logic, or intentionally conducting attacks against our systems (e.g., Prompt Injection). Any violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining credits.
